Enjoying Breakfast The Common Room is our gathering place for guests. Here you may relax, read, enjoy TV, play railroad tapes.  You may also replay your video footage, or view  your digital stills on our video screen. The Common Room is well stocked with railfan magazines, books, videos, and memorabilia. On hand are stacks of old railfan magazines. They are brought by guests to be given away… to be passed on to other ‘fans.  When leaving, take a few home with you. A supply of puzzles and board games is on hand for your enjoyment. Bring your favorite old puzzle or game and contribute it to our collection.

The Inn is unlike most B&Bs. It serves no home baked bread, no special jams & jellies. Afternoon tea is not served. The Inn has few cozy or romantic characteristics. There are no farm animals in the back yard. Its goal is to offer pleasant accommodations to railf enthusiasts. Close to a busy railroad with significant rail traffic, The Inn offers a clearly different escape from everyday distractions.
